One-word description of the workweek: MIA (Yes, I know it isn't a word, but I have beach brain this week due to a planned vacation at the end of the week)
Books I've finished: What's a book? I need to figure out what I will read at the beach. (see my theme here?) :)
News story that stuck with me: Michael Jackson funeral and CA handing out IOUs instead of tax returns. Both sad and scary since I heard that CA is paying for MJ's funeral cost. (Might not be a smart idea folks!); Also the Gaffney Killer (glad they got him).
Body
Workouts this week: I ran once last week and walked the dogs a few times. Otherwise I need to figure out a workout plan and get on it ASAP.
Spirit
What I did for myself: Pedi/Mani this past weekend was totally needed. Also scheduled a haircut to pamper myself later this week. Can't wait for a new hairstyle!
